Thanks, you are better than Summer sunshine.

i know what your thinking 'Ohhh my goodness hope Aileens' not going to post six cards to make up for the six days missed'. Nah don't worry just this one more for today.

I so enjoy using this stamp set and the fact that it comes with the dies as well makes it so easy to use. I stamped and embossed with white embossing powder onto watercolour card stock.

I have used my Peerless watercolours (getting low in some of my colours and since the Borrowers have taken my top up sheets I may have to get back into my Distress Inks. They are wonderful paints to use and so easy to take when travelling or babysitting. Ahh well you never know maybe those little fella's will return them now I have mentioned them :)
Of course after watercolouring I then gave the flowers a good little coating of Wink of Stella but cant quite manage to catch the glitter here).

Something I didn't notice till I was taking the photos was that I had forgot to put a thin line of grey under the vase to ground it. But I will fix that when I go home.
I love that these flowers come with the dies as the Tim Holtz watercolour paper is that bit thicker and harder to fiddle around with for fussy cutting.
I have used a 'thanks' die and cut in gold foil cardstock and then stamped this sentiment 'you are better than summer sunshine' which I think is a wonderful compliment to a friend.
The black acrylic dot is not really black but red. Yes it's really red and I added it so I had all the colours of the rainbow which is really important according to the rules of 'Elysha'. 'You have to have all the colours mum' so I added the red dot that actually now looks black.

I am hoping I have interpreted this challenge correctly using the layers of die cut watercolour paper etc for the card.

Its been awhile so its nice to catch up here again.

Thanks for coming to visit and I hope to see you again soon.

Look how bright and wonderful those flowers are! I recently tried the Zig clear brush markers, and with such a high price point am not yet ready to commit, I keep going back to my Distress Inks too often lol.

Hi Aileen, just catching up and wanted to say thanks for your lovely comments on my blog recently. I appreciate them.
Sorry to tease you with my 'happy birds' cards - hope that your stamps arrive soon :-) Do you get them from the US? I get mine from Seven Hills Crafts (UK) just wondered if that might be quicker for you???
This card is a stunner. Absolutely awesome water colouring xxx

Your colouring is amazing in this card. Absolutely amazing! I keep hearing about these Peerless watercolours and they look scrummy. I also love the idea of Arietty using your top up sheets :) xx

Aileen, this card is gorgeous, the colors of this flowers are amazing, love that you embossed this blooms in white, it softens the lines and really draws your eyes to the superb coloring. I've heard a lot of fabulous things about the Peerless water colors, I've been tempted to get the small set but, I just got a 12 Derwent water color pencils, really not that expensive, plus I had a 40% off coupon so I couldn't resist.
Thank you so much for sharing.
Maria.
