Its time for a new challenge over at The Flower Blog
A Special Occasion, so it could be someones Birthday, the birth of a child, an Anniversary, a Wedding, Engagement and the list goes on. Just make sure a) your cards main feature is flowers and b) you tell us what Special Occasion your card is for. My stamped image is quite large so I decided to go with a large 'celebrate' sentiment and put 'Mr & Mrs' inside the card as it's for a wedding.
The beautiful flower stamp is from The Ton Peony Laurel, love them. So easy to colour. I coloured with Copics and was going to add pencil detail but I ran out of time so left as it is.
I cut around with the Sizzix die I love using added that to a layer of silver glitter paper. Die cut the big 'Celebrate' from MFT and finished off with some pale pink gems. All done and very happy with it.

Now its time to go and check out what the Design Team have made to inspire you and get your creative hats on. I want to see lots of cards popping up in the Challenge (Christmas floral cards are always perfect at this time of year don't you think!!!)

The Peony Laurel is beautifully colored as always, Aileen! The coloring is gorgeous without any touch of colored pencils!!! Love the added glamour of the silver glitter!
