Reminder The Flower Challenge Blog #57 CAS

I have used the final image in the set that I got from Joy Clare who are our sponsors this month.
I picked a digital set of flowers and they come with lovely sentiments as well but I like using diecut sentiments mostly on my cards.

So this was the 4th image, coloured with Copics then fussy cut.

I did a very soft blend of pink into the negative of a die cut I had.
Perfectly simple and CAS

Now it's time to go check out what the Design team has been up to and our
Guest Designer, Rachel. Don't forget to join us, the winner will get a voucher to use at Joy Clare
digital or physical stamp.

Thanks so much for dropping in

The Flower Challenge #57 CAS

CAS (Clean & Simple)

First card I coloured the flower with Copics RV10 R81 R83 R85 R89
I then fussy cut with great care. I picked a card base that I had cut with a section die
from Tim Holtz.

I decided to add a strip of waterecolour cardstock I had added Distress Oxides to as I felt it looked both pretty inside the card and behind the die cut section on the front.

I then added the flower with dimensional foam to lift it slightly and finished off
with a die cut sentiment in silver glitter card 'precious'

I dont know if this is blurry or me but anyway after doing the other card that is ultra CAS (for me) I decided to do a slimline card using some of the other flowers I had coloured and fussy cut at the same time.

I used the same colours as I did for the other flower. Leaves I forgot to mention and now I cant remember exactly, closest is YG01 YG05 and I think YG 25. I used a panel that has been imprinted with a neat dots pattern. 'Birthday Wishes' from The Ton Sentiments die.

I really hope you like these and now its time to go check out what  the amazing creations from The Design Team at The Flower Challenge Blog and our Guest Designer Rachel from  Rachel Alvarado Designs
I have chatted with Rachel on and off on Instagram and I have followed her Instagram and Blog for years, a true inspiration to me. Every time I see another post I dream of being able to colour and design just like her.
