Mason's Birthday & Another Floral Card

Mason is grandson number three and it was his  6th birthday two days before Koby's 2nd
but we didnt get to see him because of Covid restrictions. We will catch up tomorrow.
This is his card, a lover of all things Lego so I went with Benny from Lego 2.

Lucky for me they had colouring pages at the official website for the movie. I picked this one and decided to stay with the traditional colours with the lego blocks.. Coloured with copics.

I then added die cut letters for his name 'Mason' . Benny was part of the image so I stamped underneath 'just wanted to say' and then added the next die cut 'Happy Birthday'

I think he will like the card and I know he will love the Lego gift.

And now for my next floral

I think I have combined my two favourite companies here. Statement Flower stamp Altenew

and The Ton Geometric Circles Plate I have coloured the flowers with Copics this time going with the yellows. Afterit was finished I fussy cut them and added to the front of the card with dimensional foam tape.

I decided to go with a dark brown card base but to add a little sparkle I have heat embossed around the edges with Copper Ebossing powder. Added the white die cut then the florals on that with a small number of bronze sparkle gems.

Another two cards done and I really need to get onto those Christmas ones that will need to be posted off to friends overseas sooner than later with the delays we are experiencing.

Thank you so much for coming to visit and I hope you come again soon.

These are both wonderful Aileen! You could have nearly 'not coloured' the lego man and added some pencils to the card, that would have been easy lol. Love the combination of the flower with that gorgeous die cut too!
