Fabulous and a close call

Well I have a couple of challenges I want to enter this card in. But one of the challenges closes in about 50 minutes, could I cut it any closer. I was so busy fiddling around with my other cards I suddenly thought, mmmmm whens that challenge end, ohhh 1 hr 20 minutes.
Nothing like a bit of pressure and I love how this turned out.

My Inspiration: Michele Ferguson

What an inspiration she is. I have yet to get where she is but I am happy with what I ended up with. Thank you Michele for your wonderful inspiration.

For the flowers I went for the flowers from the Stampendous set and used the hydrangea white embossed, water coloured with soft blues and purples and die cut. I used two and layered them with some leaves. Added a ton of Wink of Stella.

In this photo the 'f' from fabulous is sticking out a bit but thats only cause the glue was still wet.
I loved the shape Michele embossed into the card front and I decided to try this, first attempt and it worked so I'm chuffed. Added a very fine strip of purple card stock to the edge much like Michele but I went finer as I had kept the purple lighter on the front of the card.
Finished off with the 'Fabulous' die cut sentiment in mirror silver cardstock.

The first challenge is

Flowers stamped and heat embossed and then die embossed on card rather than die cut.

Flowers stamped and Heat embossed, watercoloured, die cut and
embossed die rather than diecut.

Thanks for coming to have a look and I hope you come again soon.
