The Flower Challenge #4 Blue & Yellow

A new month so a new Challenge. This month at
The Flower Challenge it's

Colours Blue & Yellow

I have again used one of the digital images from Power Poppy I just love
this bouquet of flowers as you can make to fill the page or just use a section
and it colours up so beautifully.

With the challenge it is 'Blue & Yellow' but you can add green for the
greenery if you want. In this instance I have used Copics and for my
greens I have used BG (Blue Green) to stay within the Blue range.

Very easy colouring and very little blending as I wanted to keep the colours
light.

I finished off with a large 'thanks' die cut from silver mirror cardstock
and added some wee little gems - these are from Annabelle's and are
no longer available. So hard to let go and use these they are so pretty and
I never want to run out.

Okay thats all the details on the card now its time to with go directly to the blog
or visit each of the Design Team and show them a little love.

Aileen -you are here.

Thank you so much for coming to visit
and I hope to see you at The Flower Challenge.

Edited to add some challenges:

Wonderful! I love the color combination of blue and yellow. Perhaps because I like the beach. Yellow sand and blue sky ... (because the water in the Baltic rather blue is not :-( So I love your card. I also love how you used your Copics.
Hugs,
BożenA

I love Power Poppy images and while they look daunting, they are actually really fun to colour. You've made a beautiful card with this image, Aileen!

I love the colour combination - it's perfect to have them so soft for such a beautiful image. It's a nice idea to use the BG for the leaves - keeps it in the blue range! Sorry I haven't been by for a while. Life gets so hectic at Christmas for us. I feel like I'm coming out of the other side xx

Wow this is gorgeous!!! Your colouring skills are amazing and SO much better than mine! Such a pretty image too. Have never used a digital image before. I never have any ink in my printer though, so there goes that idea. Maybe I should have asked for an ink cartridge for Christmas??!!
