I bought this die cut with all the little squares a while ago and it sat and sat. Finally I decided to cut a panel slightly smaller than the card base and finally managed to cut a piece that was straight and properly lined up. Thats a real achievement for me and my crooked eye. I then decided to cut a piece of copic friendly piece of card stock that would fit just within the area of the cutouts. I then coloured with copics using the brighter colours so I could have a Rainbow of colours there. I added the top panel with some dimensional foam tape.
I had just received a set of dies that give you all the parts of flowers that can be stacked on used on their own. I had to of course cut sets with all different colours of cardstock. they are so pretty. In this instance I decided I wanted to just place randomly on the grid. Aren't the little stitched pieces on the petals cute. I then went through a collection of die cut sentiments and stamped sentiments but decided I really liked it as it is. A card for any occasion. I think it may also be considered CAS.
I will add this to a couple of challenges:
The Daily Marker - 30 Day Colouring Challenge - Day 18 which happens to be a day for hardly any stamping and thats certainly mine today with no stamping.
Simon Says -Use your favourite Technique and/or Product -Using Die cuts and copics are two of my favourite products.
Simon Says - Work it Wednesday - Rainbow - Copic lines of rainbow colour and flowers in all the colours of the rainbow.
Stamp Ink Paper - Getting to Know you Challenge - card of choice.
Okay I think thats enough for now so hope you enjoy this.
