I mentioned in my last post that I had made three other cards. I cant resist I need to add this one last minute or people will start to be disappointed in my not doing a last minute addition.
This is Michelle's beautiful card that has inspired my two cards. And here is todays card.
I have stamped and masked as I have gone to make up this little cluster of flowers. This stamp set is from W9Plus Modern Petunias and yes another first time used. Copic coloured in reds and the leaves in grey (just love this colour combination as it really makes the flowers pop).
I was hoping the photo would show the glitter on the flowers but it hasn't done them justice.
You can see the sparkle in the stripe of patterned paper I used that I felt really worked well with these flowers. Sometimes picking a patterned paper can be just as difficult as adding sequins to a card. Sound like such a small thing but is the most time consuming. I must have looked through every pattern paper pad looking for the right design that would work. Always nagging at the brain is the pattern Michelle has used looks just perfect, why is this so hard :)
I found what I wanted in the end and was happy then the birthday sentiment. Again I have used the stamp set from Annabell's Stamps love the two different fonts. Mmmm I think I said that yesterday so a bit of de ja vu . A very pretty ready for someones birthday.
Running out of time so time to link it up.

Inspiration is very evident I think.
Flowers in the corner coloured red with a
grey fernery. The Happy Birthday
sentiment and the strip of pattern paper
at the bottom.
Thank you so much for coming to visit and I hope I see you again soon.

I love this color combination too and how it just "pops". Love the leaves in the lighter color. I must remember this. Maybe I should pin it. So glad that you shared this with us at Seize the Birthday Challenge.
