So Much Happening

Boy has this week been busy.  What started this week and runs for the month , a week or a number of days is too much to list all here.

But a few that I am hoping to take part in are :

The Daily Marker: 30 Day Colouring Challenge October

Heres hoping I can do a little colouring each day. Have kept up so far, but still need to blog about them, coming soon.

The Ton Blog Hop for the World Card Making Day 2015
Make a card or any other project using The Ton Stamps (gilding optional).  There is no theme! We just want to see your wonderful creations using our products!  However there are a couple of rules:
  • Your project must be new – NO BACK LINKING;
  • Your project must be posted by Sunday, October 11 at 11:55PM (EST);
  • You must use at least one stamp from The Ton which must be the focal point of your card/project;
  • Link back to The Ton’s World Cardmaking Day Challenge in your post;
  • When uploading your project, be sure to link to your entry post and not your entire blog;
  • There are no limits on the number of entries however, please be advised that the winners will be chosen on talent and NOT generated randomly.
PRIZES: After the challenge closes, one grand prize winner will be selected. This winner will receive a $25 store credit to our shop.  We will choose a number of runner ups (maximum of three) depending on the number of individual entries.  We will announce within a week after the challenge closes.

Another that I can see lots of inspiration for and lots of cards happening is

Winnie and Walter have about 7 different inspiration sections you can enter in.

  1. We want everyone to be able to play so there is *no* requirement to use w&w products although we would be thrilled if you did (and we have freebies in the shop and for our Facebook Family). ;-)  Please make a new card though!
  2. We will have all challenges open until next Sunday, October 11, 2015 at 11:55 p.m. CST to let you create a little more than just on WCMD because celebrations should never be limited to a single day, right?
  3. If you are unable to participate in the challenges, simply comment on the posts.  We will be giving one prize to a randomly drawn commentor compiled from all WCMD 2015 posts.
  4. Add your link to the appropriate Inlinkz Link-up tool for that post.  You may enter as many times as you wish while the challenges are open.  There will a prize posted on each challenge and one card will be randomly chosen as a winner of that prize from those that Link-up.
  5. Have tons of fun!

Another that I thought should be mentioned and that is the Hop to Stop Domestic Violence which is run from Damsel in Distress. Lots more information there.

If you'd like to participate in the Hop to Stop, here's how it works:

  • 1 - Make a card that FEATURES purple
  • 2 - Link it up below before October 14, 12noon CST
  • 3 - New creations only please, no backlinking allowed
  • 4 - Provide a link back to the Hop! (it would be great if you put the badge in, too!)
  • 5 - You MUST comment on at least the 3 entries before you to be eligible to win (be a good neighbor) buuuuuuut visiting the sponsor blogs/shops is HIGHLY encouraged. (hey - they are pretty generous and it would be great if we could thank them! There might even be an extra special top-secret prize in it for someone - wink* wink*)

And then theres Virginia's View monthly Challenge #19

Challenge yourself: get your Copics, color pencils, Zig markers, Spectrum Noir, Galatos, watercolor markers, Chameleon pens, crayons (any coloring medium)...out and start coloring! Any card that has any of your coloring qualifies for the entry. Enter as many as you want! And yes, it is perfect to combine other challenges that you want to play (as long as it's no more than four!).

heres the link

Now all of these are on top of the usual challenges through out card land. Next post is a card.
hope you enjoy it and can use these links to add to your own card making pleasure.
